Dear Supplement Express, I have spent a lot of time researching how to stay in shape. With so many variables such as Types of routines, Technique, Variation of workouts, Diets, Nutrition knowledge, supplement knowledge, and sleep duration - it makes it hard for me to get the results I want. Plus, if I didn't get the results I was looking for; I had no clue why. My problem could have been one or a combination of any of those factors. Without confusing me, the guys at SE explained and solved all my problems.

When I first heard of Supplement Express I was only looking to buy some protein bars. I was still researching reasons that might be contributing to me not reaching my fitness goals. After speaking with the representative from supplement express about the bars, I asked him a few questions about training in general. I then realized all that supplement express offers. For very little money the trainer designed a custom fitness plan based on my personal fitness goals. He had factored in every possibility. My diet was laid out by grams of protein based on my current body composition, and mapped out to help me reach my target weight and size. Along with the diet came a custom workout plan designed to hit specific muscle groups that I have had problems with in the past. The rep also brought me to the gym and showed me the proper way to do each exercise. I consider myself pretty knowledgeable in the lifting world so he wasn't showing me how to lift as a beginner; he was showing me different variations to mix up throughout my workouts so I could possibly find an exercise I liked better.

SE is great for anyone - whether you are a novice or an expert - because they will always teach you something new. On top of all of that he already gave me, an SE staff member even gave me a list of supplements that I could take if I wanted better results. He did not push me to take them. Actually, he told me to wait 4-6 months to see if some of my current problems were taken care of first - so that I had a good base to begin with. He told me that SE sold the products that he recommended but that he would not be insulted if I did not go through his company. He gave me his prices and all my workout material. It worked well and was very easy to follow. When I shopped around to price out some of the supplements that the staff member had recommended - I found that Supplement Express' prices were cheaper then anything I could find online!

Not only that, but they was more than 50% less expensive than GNC. I don't trust the internet, I always feel like the other supplement sites are ripping me off. The only supplement Website I have ever, and will ever shop at is Supplement Express. I really just don't trust anyone else on the web.

The last part of SE's business which makes them so unique is that they are the only company that offers the convenience of having all of these elements put together – in one place, through one company! Most of the time you have to get a workout routine from one person, a dietary plan from another, and finally your supplements from a third. When all three people are not on the same page it gets confusing and time consuming – not to mention expensive. It was good to know that when my whole workout package was put together that all of these elements were generated by the same company. This gave me the confidence of knowing that all of these factors were meant to go together instead of just taking something because I heard it was good from a friend in the gym.
