For all credit / debit card orders, customers must supply:
Billing Address - The address the card's statement is sent to.
CVV Code - A 3 digit security code found only on the back of the card.
*If you do not know what your CVV Code is, instructions will be given to you during checkout. This code does not apply to American Express cards.
Checks / Money Orders
We do not have an electronic check processing system. Place your order online and pick check or money order as your payment method. Complete the checkout process, print your order confirmation page, and mail it in along with your check or money order. You must mail in your check or money order within 7 days of placing your online order or your order will be cancelled. Allow 7-14 business days for your check or money order to clear. Your order will be processed and shipped after the payment clears. Please remember that we only accept personal or cashier's checks, and U.S. Postal Money Orders. Credit/Debit Cards - Address Verification
When placing an order online:
Step 1
During the checkout process you will be asked for the address to which you'd like your order shipped to (shipping address). Simply fill in the required information and continue.
Step 2
You will then be asked for the credit / debit card's billing information, cardholder's name, card number, CVV2 code, and expiration date. That's it!
Very Important
If the billing address you entered does not match the billing address on your credit / debit card, you may be contacted for further verification before we process your order.
CVV2 Code
A CVV2 code is simply a 3 digit number found on the back of your credit card. It is required for added consumer security, however, these codes are not required of American Express cards. A picture diagram and directions will be provided for you on how to find your CVV2 code during checkout.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is generally charged the same business day that you place your order. In some cases, it may be charged the next business day after you place your order.

Order Cancellations
Definition of an Order Cancellation:
Refusing to order a product that you have already paid for.
Cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% administrative charge.
Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped.
If you refuse to provide the required information to ship your package, your order will be canceled. Shipping and / or payment method changes of an order cannot be executed after the order has shipped.

Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted on unopened, unused, and undamaged merchandise. Returns must be approved within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges must be approved within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case. Additional shipping charges may apply. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You may choose whether you would like store credit or a refund to your credit / debit card for returns. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, contact us at Orders@SupplementExpress.com No unauthorized returns.

Chargeback Policy |
- All references to a "chargeback" refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed on www.SupplementExpress.com There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed.
- If a credit is due, simply contact us and we will gladly issue it.
- If you feel that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently on www.SupplementExpress.com , please CONTACT US for immediate resolution.
- Unnecessary chargeback's are theft and will be prosecuted.
You agree that you will not chargeback any amounts charged to your credit/debit card by Supplement Express. If you chargeback a credit/debit card charge for a payment initiated by you, you agree that Supplement Express may recover the amount of the chargeback in addition to $25 by any means deemed necessary, including but not limited to recharging your credit/debit card or having the amount recovered by a collection agency.
