Do your flat rate shipping charges include handling costs as well?
Absolutely. Both shipping AND handling charges are included in the quoted shipping price.

Can you tell UPS to NOT require a signature and to leave my package if I'm not home?
We only request a signature if your order equals or exceeds $100. Otherwise, we do NOT require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. It is solely up to your UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.

Will my package arrive on a Saturday?
Most likely - no. The delivery options we offer don't support Saturday delivery. However, if your package was shipped via USPS (Post Office) there is a chance that your package could arrive on a Saturday.

What is your special policy on overnight shipments?
Orders requesting UPS 2-Day Air and Next Day Air Saver as the chosen shipping method will only be shipped to the billing address on your credit card. You cannot have your order sent to any other address other than the billing address on file with your credit card.
