Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 4 capsules with an 8 fl. oz. glass of water 3 times daily, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before meals (preferably before breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 4-hour period and/or 12 capsules in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours before bedtime. To asses individual tolerance, follow the dosing chart below.

Week 3 & beyond 4 capsules, 3x daily
For best results, combine Hydroxycut Carb Control with a calorie-reduced, carbohydrate-reduced diet and a regular exercise program. Do not snack after dinner. Consume ten 8 fl. oz. glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.

One serving (4 capsules) of this product contains about as much caffeine as two cups of coffee. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine (e.g., tea, coffee, and cola beverages). Consult a medical doctor before starting any diet or exercise program. Discontinue use and call a medical doctor immediately if you experience: irregular heartbeat, chest pain, dizziness, headache, nausea, or other similar symptoms. Exceeding the recommended serving and/or improper use of this product will not improve results and is not advised. Use only as directed. Do not use if imprinted seal under cap is broken. Store in a cool, dry place (60º to 80ºF). Choking: taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Keep out of reach of children.
